3D printing of catalysts

DESCRIPTION
Additive manufacturing is opening up new possibilities for the development and production of catalysts. 3D printing enables the realization of complex geometries, tailored structures, and improved mass and heat transfer. In his presentation, Dr. Christian Schulz from BASF Catalysts GmbH will provide insights into the latest developments in 3D printing of catalysts. The presentation will highlight how additive manufacturing can help overcome limitations of conventional catalyst production and enable innovative catalyst structures for industrial applications.
